The nearly new apartment is very attractively equipped in terms of the two bathrooms (each with bathtub and shower), fitted kitchen, and flooring (oak parquet in the rooms).

Particularly popular for a joint holiday of 3 generations, the house is located on a hillside and also on a spacious high plateau, which offers relatively good and easy walking and hiking possibilities directly at the doorstep, especially for older guests.

    - up to 6 weeks before the agreed arrival date: Deposit EUR 500,--

    - up to 4 weeks: 60% of the rental price; at least EUR 500,--

    - up to 2 weeks: 80% of the rental price - up to 1 week: 90% of the rental price

    - later than 1 week: 100% of the rental price

     

    In case of delayed arrival or early departure, 100% of the rental price must be paid.

    • Final payment: 1 month before arrival
    • Security deposit: 500,00 €
