Our Principles

As part of our commitment to a respectful jazz festival, it is important to us that all visitors, artists, and staff feel comfortable and safe at our festival. Music brings people together—and that works best in an atmosphere of respect, mindfulness, and tolerance.

There is no place for discrimination, sexism, racism, homophobia, or other forms of inappropriate or intrusive behavior at our festival grounds. Each person decides for themselves where their personal boundaries lie—and everyone must respect those boundaries.

Here’s where you can get immediate and discreet help:

If you feel uncomfortable, are being harassed, or notice that someone else needs support, we’re here for you. You don’t have to deal with the situation alone.

  • By phone: Throughout the festival, you can reach our Awareness Center directly at [+43 699 111 09 362]. Just text us your location or call. Someone from our team will come to you immediately and discreetly.
  • At the bars & entrances: All of our staff are trained. If you ask for “Luisa” at the bar (“Is Luisa here?”), the staff will know exactly what to do. They’ll get you out of the situation without asking any questions and bring our team over.

Every concern is handled with absolute confidentiality and without any pressure to justify yourself. We’re glad you’re here and helping to make the festival a safe place for everyone!
