- By phone: Throughout the festival, you can reach our Awareness Center directly at [+43 699 111 09 362]. Just text us your location or call. Someone from our team will come to you immediately and discreetly.
- At the bars & entrances: All of our staff are trained. If you ask for “Luisa” at the bar (“Is Luisa here?”), the staff will know exactly what to do. They’ll get you out of the situation without asking any questions and bring our team over.
