Amaryllis is a new project by New York guitarist and composer Mary Halvorson. Released in 2022, it is considered one of the most exciting recordings of the year and has been ranked at the top of numerous best-of lists.
Performed by a newly formed sextet of master improvisers, the six-song suite showcases Halvorson's many musical influences from jazz, experimental and new music and beyond.
