No, it is not possible to reserve a seat, except for concerts at Kunsthaus Nexus. There, the seat can be selected directly when purchasing tickets in the ticket store.
Yes, if there are still tickets available, they can also be purchased on site at our entrances or at the info desk.
Exchange and return of tickets is generally excluded, we ask for your understanding.
The ticket cancellation insurance takes effect in the event of sudden illness or the like, whereby the additional surcharge is based on the ticket price. Please note that in the event of subsequent purchase (later than 3 days after purchase of the tickets), the insurance cover only takes effect from the 10th day after conclusion of the insurance.

Yes. The nave is already full with day ticket buyers. There is still a possibility to buy discounted tickets for the church concerts. The seating here is on the two side wings. Attention: limited view of the artists
